How to create a rule

  1. Right Click on folder to apply new or existing rule.
  2. Hover over 'Apply Rule'
  3. Select 'Create Rule'
  4. Enter a unique name.
  5. Define criteria.
  6. Choose how to handle the message type, such as 'Move to Folder,' 'Delete,' 'Copy to Folder.'
    ('Copy to Folder' will send a message to your inbox and the designated folder).
